Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms of reservation, payment, and use of the rental service offered on this website.
Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Reservations are open only to individuals aged 18 and over.
The client must provide accurate and complete information.
Any false identity or incomplete information may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, without refund.
3. Booking Process

The client selects their stay dates.

The dates are placed on hold; the reservation is not yet confirmed.

The client completes the form with the following information:

First and last name

Email address

Phone number

Postal address

Stay dates and number of guests

Contact details of a person to reach in case of emergency

The client must check the box confirming acceptance of the Terms and Conditions before submitting the form.

The client then receives a secure payment link via Stripe.

The reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the first payment, corresponding to 30% of the total stay amount.

The remaining balance (70%) will be automatically charged one week before the start of the stay.

Full accommodation details (address, access instructions, check-in procedures) are provided only after receipt of the second payment.
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit of €500 is required before arrival to cover any potential damages.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the property and may be charged accordingly upon presentation of supporting documentation.
5. Liability
The client is fully responsible for their own safety and that of all occupants during the stay.
The provider declines all liability in the event of accident, theft, or loss, except in cases of proven fault by the provider.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds are possible, including the initial 30% payment and the remaining 70% balance.
Accommodation services provided for specific dates do not benefit from a right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
7. Personal Data
The information collected is used solely for reservation management and the safety of occupants.
The client may exercise their rights of access, modification, and deletion of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Validation of the reservation request implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, confirmed by the mandatory checkbox on the booking form.
